    I have forgotten my form no...and i hv tried to get it by name and dob,but still i m unable to get it...plz help ..my name is nagmani chauhan,,.

    View/Reprint your application and check Form number there. Try this link http://115.112.95.106/jrf/online/view_form.jsp
    You need to enter your registered e-mail and date of birth.

    IAM REALLY SURPRISED TO SEE THAT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY NOTIFICATION ON MY GMAIL ACCOUNT OR MOBILE DURING MY ONLINE FORM REGISTRATION. SO I TRIED TO CHECK FOR MY REGISTRATION NUMBER ENTERING MY NAME AND DOB BUT STILL IT DIDNT WORK. WHAT SHALL I DO. PLEASE HELP!!!

    I forgot my admit card and now i have qualified the csir net june2014 and i have to get net certificate of that so please guide me how can i get the certificat of passing exam without admit card.is it possible?i have csir netjune 2014 marks statement also result and roll no 139718.

    Contact CSIR office and they will guide you, you have already marks statement. Produce the form printout.
